Overview

The Mumbles Raft Race app has been developed to provide information about the annual Mumbles RNLI Raft Race.

The app allows users to browse event information, schedules, teams, sponsors, photographs, safety information, donation links and official live event notifications.

Protecting your privacy is important to us. The app has been designed to minimise the collection and processing of information.

Personal Information

The Mumbles Raft Race app does not ask users to create an account and does not collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, payment information or other personal contact details.

• No user account is required.
• No personal profile is created.
• No location information is collected.
• No photographs are uploaded by users.
• No payment details are processed by the app.
• No advertising identifiers are used.
• No behavioural advertising or tracking is used.

Push Notifications

Users may choose to enable push notifications so that official event updates can be delivered during the Mumbles RNLI Raft Race.

Push notifications are provided using Apple Push Notification Service and Firebase Cloud Messaging.

These services process a device notification token or registration token so that notifications can be delivered to the device. These tokens are technical identifiers used for notification delivery and are not used by Matthew Moore Apps to identify, profile or track individual users.

Notification permission is optional and may be disabled at any time in the device's iOS Settings.

Analytics and Tracking

The app does not use advertising, behavioural analytics or cross-app tracking.

The app does not sell personal information or use information for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The app may use the following services where required for its operation:

• Apple Push Notification Service for notification delivery.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging for notification distribution.
• External RNLI websites and authorised donation providers.

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Donations

Donations are processed entirely by authorised third-party providers.
